Prototyping.

Supporting our customers at every stage in the development process

“We bring your ideas to life”. This saying is more than our motto. We make it our goal to make your vision into a product and we will guide you with setting up your production. When you approach us for prototyping, we use the following steps as guidelines to a qualitative and sustainable product.

Steps

  • 1. RESEARCH & IDEATION

Providing space and equipment to explore avoiding production interruptions to access even your most creative ideas, we utilize our creativity and experience to brainstorm potential approaches to material selection and processing methodologies.

  • 2. Scoping

Accessing product strengths and weaknesses and fleshing out potential technical and operational barriers to success. Providing preliminary project timelines, resource requirements and defining potential manufacturing options and associated capital costs.

  • 3. CASE BUILDING

Assist with setting required inputs and desired outputs and defining product value propositions. Determine preliminary raw material costs and processing economics and zeroing in on equipment requirements.

  • 4. Developing

Formulation development, raw material sourcing, lab scale experimentation and critical testing. Trouble shooting unanticipated technical issues, preliminary prototype optimization and selected prototype(s) preparation for intensive evaluation.

  • 5. TESTING & VALIDATION

Internal prototype(s) verification testing and process scaling to permit large sample preparation in support of market validation trials. Process validation trials to ensure stability and quality.

  • 6. PILOTING & LAUNCH

Providing dedicated infrastructure and staffing required to establish piloting or semi production capability without interruption to your established facilities.
Acquisition of new or reburnishing used equipment either invoiced as capital or amortized as operational cost.
